How To Use
●STEP 1. Wipe inside of shoes clean and remove plastic backing from the high heel insoles.
●STEP 2. Line up heel with back of shoe and raised arch with inner edge of shoe.
How It Work
●When wearing 3/4 pu gel insole, the body’s center of gravity is tilted forward, adding pressure to the ball of foot.
●3/4 pu gel insoles are designed specially to help rebalance the foot so pressure is shifted off the ball of foot, which helps relieve pain from high heels.
