Method2 Yoga mat insoles

1.Find slippers or shoes of your size on the smooth side of a yoga or exercise mat. Use cushions that are no longer needed; if you can’t find them, look for disposable cushions in a charity store. Keep the rest of the mat in the process cabinet for other uses.

2.Cut out the designs you track.

3.Flip the cut insole. Trace again on the smooth side to create the insole of the other foot. Cut off this insole. You now have insoles for your right and left feet.

4.Track and cut out the left and right four. This means a total of five cuts per foot.

5.Stack the incisions for each foot. Turn the textured side up.

6.Glue four of the layers together, using a hot glue gun. Glue a little, then press. Then glue a little more, and press. If you try to glue the whole layer at once, it’ll start to dry before you push the layers together.

7.Let it dry completely. After drying, you will get new insoles!
